OMG June is over!?! Where did it go?? I think I had a really good reading month. I read 26 books, which was higher than I had listed on my TBR. We’ll see whether or not I stayed on track. So let’s get into it.
What I’ve Read
Warrior of the Wild by Tricia Levenseller (Review here) 3.5★
The Lady’s Guide to Petticoats and Piracy by Mackenzi Lee 4★
With the Fire on High by Elizabeth Acevedo 4.5★

Gracefully Grayson by Ami Polonsky 4★
Attachments by Rainbow Rowell 4★
Middlegame by Seanan McGuire 5★
Alone in the Classroom by Elizabeth Hay 1★
Bloom Into You Vol 1 by Nio Nakatani 4★
Bloom Into You Vol 2 by Nio Nakatani 4★
Bloom Into You Vol 3 by Nio Nakatani 4★
Bloom Into You Vol 4 by Nio Nakatani 4★
Bloom Into You Vol 5 by Nio Nakatani 4★
Bloom Into You Vol 6 by Nio Nakatani 4★
Love & Other Carnivorous Plants by Florence Gonsalves DNFd
Listen to Your Heart by Kasie West 4★
I DNFd two (well I put down another so I guess maybe 3). My favourite by far is Middlegame! But Heartstopper and My Brother’s Husband are close seconds. I would highly recommend those three – specifically Middlegame’s audiobook. The other audiobook I would recommend is Killing November – very good.
Stats
I had so much fun making graphics last month that I’ve done it again lol. My average rating was 3.9 (minor drop from last month) and I read 7557 pages (an increase of 1857 pages, which I can’t believe!!!) – averaging out to 251.9 pages/day (an increase of 68 pages/day). I met my goal I mentioned last month – I read more owned books (13) than borrowed (12). Hopefully I can keep that going because I have WAY too many TBR owned books lol.

Challenges
TBR and Beyond Read With Pride Word Search Challenge!
TBR and Beyond Book Club had a Pride Month challenge where we were to match up a book with two (at most) word prompts. Below are the books that matched each prompt.
Reading Rivalry – Rainbow Rowell
As I told you at the beginning of the month, I was a part of Reading Rivalry. I was part of the Attachment team. Below are the books that fit the prompts only.
Comparing TBR to Actually Read
I thought this would be a fun check-in for myself and hopefully, you find it at least interesting… Okay, so this may only make sense to me. The books listed in the Read “Instead” column isn’t a direct replacement, but ones that I picked up that wasn’t on my TBR originally. I read 13 books out of the 24 books originally on my TBR (54%) and then added 13 books that weren’t originally on my TBR (making the 26 books in total).
Alright, so there you have it. My super long June Wrap-up. I don’t know if I can expect more of the same for July, but I can hope 🙂
What did you read this month? Did you read anything I read and agree/disagree? What was most surprising? What did you love that I should put on my TBR soon?
Until next time.
